Exchange, Refund and Return Policy
Returns are only eligible if :
- Item is defective , OR
- Item came in different color and size from what you've ordered, OR
- Item didn't arrive after 60 business days after order is processed.
IF one of the above condition is met, you can claim for a refund IF:
- Refund request is done within a week after item received & returned in the mail, post dated within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns that are visibly worn, used or washed would be rejected or there would be a deduction of 1/3 of the original price paid.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

** We do not refund order if items purchased are not returned to us.
- Customer pays return shipping on exchanges, you can ship back to us with a traceable mailing service. We do not guarantee we will receive your return if it is not trackable or insured.
- We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost as it goes to the shipping carrier, should your refund causes the order amount to fall below free shipping promotion price, you would be charged $6.95 for shipping.
- We DO NOT do exchanges for wrong size purchased as we provide size chart in every product listing. Please make sure to check the size chart before you place an order.
- We cannot change your order or shipping address if it has been shipped out.
